Reports For Golf India

In matchweek 6, ten teams clashed off with each other with 8 matches finished on 22nd and remaining two will be played on Sunday. Out of today’s eight matches, three resulted in draw and other were a one sided show with almost all winning over 2 goals.

Fulham faced off Watford on the Craven Cottage Stadium for the first match of the week with Watford scoring just after 87seconds from Andre Gray who scored his third goal of the season but Watford failed to manage their second clean sheet of the season after Aleksandar Mitroviic 78th minute goal which made it 1-1 to a draw and this is the third draw among the two.

The Second match of the day was between Burnley and AFC Bournemouth in which Burley won its first match of the season by winning 4-0 easily at Turf Moor with Matej Vidra, Aaron Lennon, and Ashley Barnes all scoring to defeat Bournemouth at home and in it Ashley Barnes scoring twice.
In terms of possession and passes Bournemouth had double the advantage of 62.6 and 602 compared Burnley’s 37.5 and 355 possession and passes. Bournemouth dropped to 7th position following the loss and Manchester United’s draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Third Match was between Cardiff City and Manchester City which was 5 goal thriller with Man City winning the second encounter between the two and winning the second away match of the season and fourth overall. In this match both Sergio Agüero scored forth goal of the season and Benjamin Mendy won his fourth assist of the match.
After this loss the newly promoted Cardiff City went further down in the relegation zone to second last and Man City moved to second by elbowing Chelsea but still Chelsea have yet not played their matchweek 6 game and it is tomorrow, so things can change on Sunday.

Fourth Match was again a 0-0 draw between Crystal Palace and Newcastle United in which both team players missed out close chance with Sakho Mamadou missing a glorious late chance for Crystal Palace and other came when James McArthur almost put the hosts ahead a minute into the match, but his header went narrowly over and for Newcastle Joselu had two chances one in the 53rd and the other in 56th minute but both missed. Crystal Palace moved to 11th position and Newcastle came to 18th and on the verge of getting out of the relegation zone.

In the fourth and fifth match both host team won their respective matches with Leicester City winning 3-1 against Huddersfield Town and other host Liverpool winning 3-0 against Southampton. In the match of Leicester Kelechi Iheanacho, James Maddison, and Jamie Vardy all scored goals for Leister and Vardy also gave one assist to Kelechi and which made him Man of the match and in the Liverpool match Mohammad Salah scored twice and the third goal was scored by Joel Matip.

Now Liverpool are the only side after Chelsea to win five games in the current season and thus topping the table and Southampton moved down to 14th and Leicester moved up to 8th place and all three teams Leicester, Arsenal, and Wolverhampton Wanderers are tied with 9 points and are ranked 8, 9, 10 respectively.
For Huddersfield matters have turned worst as they are now at dead end on 20th position but they still have chance to improve as the remaining two teams Cardiff City and Newcastle in the relegation zone have the same amount of points which is two which makes Huddersfield chances more likely to come.

The last two matches of the day were Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers and the other being Brighton and Hove Albion vs Tottenham Hotspur.
The match between Red Devils and Wolves was the third draw of the day with the match finishing at 1-1 and Fred of Man U opened the scoring in 18th minute and João Moutinho of Wolves equalised at 53rd minute and getting a deserving draw for Wolves.

The last game was a 1-2 finish with Tottenham wining after goals from Eric Lamela and Harry Kane’s Penalty and Brighton and Hove Albion’s Anthony Knockaert scored the lone goal of the match for his team which was not enough.
Manchester United went up to sixth and Wolverhampton Wanderers moved down to tenth. Tottenham Hotspur moved up to 5th position and surprisingly Brighten and Hove Albion also have moved up the table to thirteen.

Today’s biggest mover was Burnley who moved 4 places from 20th to 16th position following the 4-0 win against Bournemouth and biggest losers were Bournemouth, Arsenal, Everton, Cardiff City and Huddersfield (We are not calculating Chelsea’s name in it as Chelsea has a match to play on Sunday) and the only two teams who remain unchanged were Watford at 4th position and Fulham at 15th position.

Now, we still have two matches left in matchweek 6 and which are:
West Ham United vs Chelsea in London Stadium at 12:30 pm GMT,
Arsenal and Everton in Emirates Stadium 03:00 pm GMT.
